Vector Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Government Solutions team responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships. Customer Success Managers oversee a sizable book of business focusing on implementation, customer engagement, and proactive communication. They are exceptional communicators, solution-focused, and creative problem solvers, with a thorough understanding of product offerings. What You'll Do: Drive retention and expansion of customers strategically and tactically advising customers. Serve as primary contact for administrators. Conduct regular business reviews. Proactively communicate platform updates and progress against open issues. Identify and escalate major product issues and retention risks. Host best practices webinars and office hours. Participate in User Acceptance Testing. Work to maintain an up-to-date knowledge center. Contribute to team projects. Serve as point of escalation for customer support issues. Thoroughly understand the product, including providing demonstrations to customers. Identify, document, and resolve issues. Requirements: Ability to perform in a self-managed environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Salesforce). Confidence presenting to clients and high-level executives. Outstanding customer skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Ability to adapt to new conditions and deadlines. Thrives working in a fast-paced, team environment. Able to travel onsite when needed (up to 10%). Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
