Responsibilities will include investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures, and developing and implementing robust compliance policies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, offering exceptional client service and contributing to the strategic growth of our practice.

Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably focusing on ITAR, EAR, sanctions regulations, and CFIUS
  • Experience in conducting investigations and drafting voluntary disclosures
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies
  • Prior experience in an in-house or government role is advantageous
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong client interaction and communication abilities
