SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Guest Services Department operates 7 days per week - hours may vary depending on business needs, but the primary hours for this role are between 3:00pm-11:00pm.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Check in/check out arriving/departing members, owners, and guests, makes room reservations, and performs all Front Desk related functions.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation and follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
- Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies. Keep bank secure at all times.
- Meet with shift Leader to review daily assignments and priorities.
- Set up work station with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
- Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
- Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk in person and over the phone.
- Performs all other work as assigned.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to speak, read and write English
- Previous Hotel/Hospitality Front Desk or Cashiering experience
- Proficient with computers
