STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Intelligence Health Group Inc. is looking for a self-motivated Accountant to join our financial management department. This position play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law.

The Staff Accountant will prepare and examine financial records, ensuring its completeness and accuracy. This position will be working in the accounting full cycle of the organization, preparing journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation, internal and external Financial Statements reporting, Cash Flow and Budgets, among other duties. This position will collaborate and develop, update, and implement accounting policies and will collaborate with internal and external audit procedures, ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP

It is expected ample participation in other departments initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

· Full Accounting Cycle

· Manage bank reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation, Payroll

· Cash Flow

· Budgeting

· Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

· Operations KPI, Efficiency, productivity and scheduling reporting

· Other tasks as required

Requirements:

· Bachelor or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

· Full Accounting cycle experience

· Computer oriented; proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) Excellent Excell skills are expected and may be tested

· QuickBooks knowledge and experience

· Ability to multi-task

· Analytical skills

· Commitment to meet business deadlines

· High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work with minimum supervision and in different departments as needed

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

· CPA or other certifications preferred

Exempt Position Full-time Salary: $45K - $55K Benefits: Yes
