ThoughtLeaders is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in TLV. OVERVIEW About the role

ThoughtLeaders

is looking for a highly confident and intelligent Sales Executive who knows how to close deals with international clients. We are looking for self-starters who thrive in dynamic environments and are hungry to hit targets. You will be responsible for the development of new business for ThoughtLeaders agency and platform, offering our services and technology solutions for influencer marketing professionals. ThoughtLeaders has been working across YouTube, podcast and newsletters since 2017 and has built up a strong network of clients for our media and technology business lines. Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads, understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities Pitch our technology and services to all relevant stakeholders Maintain a database of potential customers to track and manage sales progress Continually prospect and network with new leads with creative approaches and messaging Book meetings and nurture the leads in your pipeline Provide feedback from your sales meetings to further enhance the sales offering Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts Carry out complex contract negotiations Thoroughly analyze and understand the client's business, objectives, and pain points. Identify the specific needs and requirements of the client to tailor the negotiation strategy accordingly. Oversee trials with clients and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on all sales strategies Requirements

Self-motivated and results-oriented. Go-getter, self-directed and resourceful with a strong work ethic Creative with sales pitches and extremely adaptable Ability to multitask between business development related tasks and sales cycles with a variety of customers Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with selling and suggesting new products clients can purchase Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent skills in closing deals and managing complex negotiations Thrives under pressure High level of English OUR CULTURE
