Job Summary:

The Associate Records Specialist will be responsible for maintaining compliance of various records across systems. It will be essential that the Associate Records Specialist supports and integrates Sizemore's core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

•Collects, inputs, reviews, and audits data related to employee records.

•Evaluates compliance of records across systems.

•Promotes and educates benefits of adopted control measures; encourages stakeholders and other responsible parties to adopt changes necessary to correct problems and noncompliance.

•Uploading and downloading information from various systems.

•Maintains updates to various systems/files which may include customer systems.

•Generates timely reporting based on schedules.

•Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service.

•Enforces Sizemore's policies and procedures as needed.

•Additional duties assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications:

•High school graduate or recipient of GED

•At least 1 year of full time experience in human resources, electronic records management, data entry, or compliance required. Education may be substituted for experience.

•Experience interacting with and maintaining confidential information.

•High degree of attention to detail.

•Proficient in MS Office products, particularly excel.

•Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.

•Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.

•Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.

•Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potentially stressful and time sensitive situations.

•Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.

•Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.

•Communicate effectively both verbally and written.

•Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Conditions:

•Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.

•Prolonged sitting at a desk

•Minimal travel to customer locations
