Job Description

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager , you will lead the paid media strategy and be responsible for achieving KPIs with oversight from the Director of Growth. You will collaborate with the marketing team to identify media opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor the performance of advertising placements across various channels.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan and execute the placement and scheduling of media advertising across selected channels to drive leads for sites (user acquisition). Manage 30+ media campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage media budgets efficiently, allocating funds to achieve the best return on investment (ROI). Track and report on expenses related to media buying. Collaborate with marketing operations manager to ensure campaign strategy aligns with the goals and expectations of sites. Conversion Optimization: Optimize the conversion funnel to improve user engagement and increase conversion rates. Understand where and when to place ads to maximize their effectiveness, optimizing for different media channels and platforms. Experimentation: Embraces a culture of experimentation, continuously testing and iterating on various marketing approaches. Conduct A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and enhance performance. Data Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies through data. Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that tell a compelling story through data. Creative: Build and execute creative testing plans. Promote high-quality content to increase conversion rates. Assess the quality and effectiveness of advertising creatives to ensure they align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience. Targeting Come up with and test new targeting tactics to reach a qualified audience based on indication. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Adjust strategies and plans in response to changing market conditions, emerging trends, and shifts in audience behavior. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with media vendors, publishers, and agencies to facilitate successful negotiations and partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience leveraging a portfolio of paid marketing channels (Social, Search, Display) and tactics to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns. Proficiency in using media buying and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills – responsive, direct, effective. A strong bias to action and sense of curiosity; a keen eye for creative that gets results. A strong growth mindset. Analytical, technical and data literate. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable media deals. Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills. Healthcare experience is a plus

Education And Training Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
