This is a hybrid office model in Atlanta, Georgia, must be onsite day 1 and willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4 HANA FICO solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring that project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP S/4 HANA FICO functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configuration, and user training.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Liaise with other SAP module leads (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration across the SAP landscape.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA innovations and enhancements, recommending their adoption where beneficial.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including hands-on configuration and implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP FICO projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SAP FICO certification is a plus.
