Please review the following job description:

Provide senior level leadership to Dealer Financial Services and Marine and RV group in the areas of risk management, analytics, change management, pricing, analytics, process management, project management. Act as a member of Dealer Retail Services Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to derive and execute strategies that support growth and profitability with a keen focus on prudent risk management. Manage multiple teams focusing on distinct functional areas to drive profitable growth within Dealer Retail Services. Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners to drive the success of the line of business while representing both Dealer Financial Services and Truist with the highest standards and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the credit risk function for prime auto and marine/RV financing to include policy creation, risk appetite development and execution, credit box formation, scoring model development and use, automated decisioning logic, loss forecasting, portfolio return tradeoffs, etc. using robust analytics to support conclusions and decisions.
2. Manage the pricing function for prime auto and marine/RV financing to include management of rate sheet and/or rate structures, risk return reporting, vendor model management, change risk processes, communication of desired outcomes, etc.
3. Manage the quality control function for prime auto and marine/RV financing to include transactional loan reviews, scorecards for underwriters, compliance reviews, etc.
4. Manage the reporting function for prime auto and marine/RV financing to include report development, report enhancement and the move from manual efforts to more automation.
5. Manage the change risk function for prime auto and marine/RV financing to ensure risk appetite and policy goals are well bounded in the supporting applications by working with technology partners.
6. Lead other cross functional initiatives such as Resource Allocation Committee management for DRS, Community Bank Auto Lending liaison, etc.
7. Lead consensus among stakeholders related to business transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Minimum of ten years of analytical experience with a focus on credit risk
3. Proficiency in applications used in analytics, reporting and credit risk management
4. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree with specialization in Finance
2. Knowledge of credit products including origination and performance metrics
