Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze credit and conduct thorough investigations of existing and potential clients and counterparties.
  • Oversee the management of risk parameters and ensure compliance with established risk appetite and limits.
  • Support the credit approval process, ensuring accountability for portfolio performance and asset quality.
  • Develop and present credit risk reports, monitoring key indicators to inform senior management of changes in credit quality.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure adherence to policies and standards, utilizing knowledge of stress testing relevant to credit risk.
  • Identify early signs of risk that may affect assigned portfolios and collaborate with business partners to address issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, performing financial analysis and tracking performance metrics.
  • Engage in qualitative and quantitative assessments of industry and company factors to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in the structuring and documentation of credit facilities tailored to meet client and investor needs.
  • Monitor credit exposure across a diverse range of banking products.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial/Corporate banking risk and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with legal credit agreements.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Knowledge of ancillary banking products.
  • Experience in Technology, Media, Telecom & Gaming sectors is a plus.
