Develop and maintain job evaluation systems to determine appropriate salary ranges and job classifications. Streamline and standardize all job descriptions. Draft comprehensive pay plans, including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and other forms of compensation, tailored to the needs of different employee groups and levels within the organization. Collaborate with HR to design and implement incentive and bonus programs to motivate employees and drive performance. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly. Assist in the development of compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations, promotions, and job offers. Participate in salary surveys and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact compensation practices and policies. The opportunity is for you if you have: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years’ experience in compensation analysis required, preferably within the auto industry or a similarly complex and dynamic industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Excellent understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills.
