Job Description
Performs all related data input, research, resolve questions and concerns regarding the increases and evaluationsHandles requested changes and applies appropriate compensation policy to recommend outcome of reviewAssists the Compensation Consultants in the creation of job codesWorks closely with the Compensation team on compensation projects and special reports, including, but not limited to: maintaining position control, processing intro report, assigning appraisals as needed, and change to master requestsPerform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skillsCollaborates with Labor and Employee Relations and Talent AcquisitionParticipates in special projects such as reorganizations, acquisitions, across- the-board increase processes, etcCompletes timely and accurate salary surveys and analyzes results, as necessaryOperates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of actionPerforms related duties as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
