This position is based at our HQ in Frisco, TX **Your Responsibilities will include:** + Support the VP of M&A and Corporate Development in driving KDP’s M&A agenda + Collaborate across the company to help identify, assess and prioritize potential transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives + Participate in and lead transaction execution including project management, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and approvals.
