*About Us: *Next STEPS Worldwide is a rapidly growing outpatient clinic providing comprehensive psychological, therapeutic, and nutrition services across Texas. Our team consists of psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and support specialists, all working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.
*Role Overview: *As Managing Clinical Director – Licensed Psychologist, you'll oversee clinic operations, lead a team of therapists and dietitians, and shape clinic culture. You'll be responsible for local strategy implementation, client care oversight, and community engagement. Corporate handles operations, so you can focus on leading and improving clinic-specific services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Team Leadership:* Guide, develop, and support clinic staff, setting performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
* *Client Care Oversight:* Maintain high standards in client care, implement feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance.
* *Local Strategy:* Develop and execute strategies tailored to clinic needs, track performance metrics, and enhance community engagement.
* *Coordination with Corporate:* Liaise with corporate offices to implement policies and address operational issues.
* *Community Engagement:* Build relationships with local stakeholders and organize community events to promote the clinic.
*Application Requirements for Managing Clinical Director - Licensed Psychologist:*
* Licensed Psychologist in Texas
* Strong leadership skills and experience in clinic management.
* Doctorate in Psychology
* Proven leadership experience and commitment to high-quality client care.
*Compensation for Managing Clinical Director - Licensed Psychologist:*
* · Base Salary: $130,000
* · Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 5% of base salary.
* · Yearly Retention Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 6% of base salary.
* · Sign On Bonus: $10,000
