Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, who can maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and determining the best solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, order status, and other related inquiries.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
