Role Summary:
Free People is looking for a Photo Studio intern to join their team this Summer. Our photo studio intern will assist daily with the on-going, ever-changing excitement of our studios. Assisting with product sample preparation, shoot set up, collaboration and trend research.

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Summer Internship Program Application Process:

- Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.???

Role Responsibilities:- Assist in set up and tear down of studio equipment, sets, and lighting fixtures
- Oversee equipment inventory and inspect to ensure all is fully operational
- Organize and properly size incoming photos in preparation for retouching
- Collaborate with team for upcoming creative shoots by offering ideas, tears, locations, etc.
- Assist with digital technology needs
- Understanding of existing shooting processes for high volume production of all photography
- Ability to operate a digital camera and other equipment (tripod stands, strobe lights, etc.)
- Proficient at operating MAC computer and Capture One
- Detail oriented, creative thinker, passionate about photography, and eager to learn
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Project Requirement:
In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred).?This is due at the time of your application submission. - Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2025 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brands creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platforms
- You may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.
- Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2025 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
