Responsabilità:
Il Business Development & Tender Manager della Divisione Custom Interiors di Cassina sarà responsabile della gestione delle relazioni e dello sviluppo degli Account nuovi ed esistenti, lavorando in ottica di acquisizione di nuovi progetti al fine di soddisfare gli obiettivi prefissati dal senior management.

Il Business Development & Tender Manager riporta direttamente al Direttore Custom Interiors del Brand.

Attività principali:
Le principali attività in cui la nuova risorsa verrà coinvolta includono, ma non sono limitate a:

  • Massimizzare le acquisizioni provenienti dalle opportunità offerte da account esistenti;
  • Individuare e sviluppare nuove relazioni commerciali;
  • Pianificare le scadenze per tutto il lavoro di offerta, assumendo la proprietà della gestione del tempo per l'intero team;
  • Supervisionare il processo di raccolta delle informazioni, scrittura delle risposte alle gare e scelta della letteratura aziendale più efficace da allegare.


Formazione e Esperienze:
  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di sviluppo commerciale con risultati comprovati;
  • Esperienza pregressa in realtà mediamente strutturate nel mondo Contract/Design/Lusso.

Competenze ed abilità:
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue costituirà requisito preferenziale;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e interpersonali;
  • Attitudine commerciale;
  • Orientamento al cliente e agli obiettivi;
  • Gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
  • Buone capacità gestionali;
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Excel, MS Suite);
  • Team working.
