As a member of the Elastic Corporate Events team, you'll work in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and diverse perspectives. We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, thoughtful and highly organized Marketing Events Operations Coordinator.
Your responsibilities will be supporting the corporate events team with pre and post planning deliverables to ensure seamless planning, execution and follow up.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate precise program management skills while developing new opportunities for the business.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support pre-event activities including
Setting-up SFDC campaigns
Opening POs
Submitting operation tickets
Create & updating landing pages (splash/CVENT)
Implement multi-channel promotional plans (email, social)
Draft program announcement
Support post event activities including
Email follow-up
List uploads,
On-demand content
Program debrief
Manage swag orders for events
Understand the complex needs of different events, and diverse stakeholders.
Expertly drive pre-event weekly meetings, including assistance and preparation of event planning presentations.
What You Bring Along:
Experience working in the B2B Enterprise tech/software space.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC & Marketo and Google Analytics, Splash and other marketing tools.
Dedicated and used to working across different timezone and cultures
Fast learner and attention to detail
Data-driven and analytical approach
Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
Full of positive energy but at the same time humble and ambitious
Juggle multiple projects
