Job Overview

iCRYO - One Loudoun is in search of a Center Operations Manager who possesses exceptional leadership capabilities and a strong background in business growth and sales. As the Center Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a superior lifestyle experience for both guests and staff.

Your collaboration with the Franchise CEO will be crucial in developing strategies that drive the center's expansion. You will oversee the overall operations and performance of the franchise, ensuring staff productivity and the implementation of innovative processes. The successful candidate will be ambitious, with the skills necessary to enhance both efficiency and productivity among team members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding leadership and management to cultivate a positive and successful environment for staff and guests.
  • Effectively manage and surpass all sales and operational budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including pre-sale events and corporate outreach.
  • Oversee the sales processes and systems.
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of all staff members, including medical personnel.
  • Supervise the hiring, training, and scheduling of all staff.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Foster a high-energy culture through contests and maintain motivation through incentives.
  • Train and mentor staff for ongoing success and future growth.
  • Empower, monitor, and implement disciplinary actions for staff as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to all corporate and owner requests.
  • Enforce corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to front desk systems, including guest check-in and inquiries.
  • Maintain the highest level of guest service and make effective decisions regarding service issues.
  • Plan and promote monthly special events for community engagement.
  • Ensure the center is clean, well-maintained, and meets established standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses for collaboration and ongoing interaction.
  • Analyze Business Intelligence (KPI's) to identify opportunities and provide solutions for growth.
  • Submit monthly schedules and weekly reports to the Franchisee detailing work hours and activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate brand objectives, promotions, and performance goals.
  • Audit and verify payroll information during each pay cycle, including profit and loss statements.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or franchise management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience, overseeing all aspects of staff management.
  • At least 3-4 years of prior sales experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capability to drive sales through required outreach programs.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, inventory, payroll, and facility maintenance.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage guest and staff concerns effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, participative leadership style, and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Physical ability to lift between 2 to 20 pounds unassisted and perform various physical tasks.
