Daily Responsibilities for Account Manager - Dental Benefits:
- Pick up voicemail messages
- Provide front desk customer service, which include but not limited to: Benefit Education, Eligibility verification, escalated claim issues (those that were not resolved when calling Member Service)
- Log incoming calls: summarized calls in call tracking log and document completion. Complete Activity log based on daily tasks performed.
- 8-4:30pm, M-F. This position services Miami-Dade County Public Schools Dental products (2 PPOs and 2 HMOs). It reports to the client location in downtown Miami on a daily basis.
- - High School Diploma/GED
- -3+ years of customer service experience
- -Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook/email experience
- -Knowledge of medical or dental terminology and high-level understanding of claim processing
Preferred Qualifications for Account Manager - Dental Benefits:
- Bilingual- Spanish Speaking
- Health Care Background in Specialty, specifically Dental. Customer Service experience.
- Understanding of benefits, eligibility, and clear communication.
