Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development / Account Manager / Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target markets.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and value delivery.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and suppliers.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build relationships within the industry.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for management outlining key performance metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in business development, account management, or related roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the industry and procurement processes is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
