Position: Business Development Representative Manager
As our BDR Manager, you'll coach and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives to smash their goals. You'll be the mastermind behind strategic partner engagements, forging long-lasting alliances that drive our growth. Your mission? To spread the RHINO love across the industry, creating an unstoppable wave of success.
Pay and Perks:
- Pay: $70-$100K depending on experience
- Monthly Bonuses: Potential for variable percentage bonus

About the Role:
- Team Leadership & Development: You’ll recruit, hire, train, and develop a top-notch BDR team. Through individualized coaching, collaborative ride-alongs, and effective team meetings, you’ll ensure each member excels in their role and the team hits or exceeds their leak quote goals.
- Strategic Partner Engagement: You’ll proactively identify and engage high-potential partners, crafting compelling proposals that highlight the unique value of partnering with RED RHINO. You’ll build and sustain long-term relationships, driving new business and ensuring our continued growth.
- Sales Strategy Alignment: You’ll collaborate with our operations division to align our sales strategies across the company, ensuring our approach is consistent and effective at every level. You’ll also guide BDRs in creating branch-specific strategies that resonate with local markets while supporting overall company goals.
- Problem-Solving & Training: You’ll lead the charge in resolving partner issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll spearhead sales training initiatives, enhancing skills across our branches and driving sales excellence.

What We're Looking For:
- 2 years minimum B2B sales experience preferred
- 1 year minimum experience in the company for internal applicants
- Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience, ideally within the pool industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Leadership Skills: A strong track record of leading and motivating teams, with the ability to provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Sales Training Experience: Familiarity with sales training programs, with a focus on enhancing techniques and driving performance.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Ability to monitor and evaluate performance metrics, ensuring the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain composure while navigating various situations within and outside your team.
