Duties & Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for growth within target industries. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic marketing plans.

Product Promotion and Brand Management Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our air pollution control and water treatment solutions. Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Lead Generation and Sales Support Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in industry events. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and revenue streams. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. Track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Trade Shows and Advertising Develop integrated sales and marketing plans and budgets for The CMM Group products and services. Manage creation and/or updating of display/print ads, brochures, sales literature, email campaigns, etc.

Digital Marketing Supervise the design, development and maintenance of company websites. Develop a social media and SEO strategy and maintain social media presence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the chemical, pharmaceutical and/or process industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
