Your Role

As a Senior Civil Engineering Project Leader, you will oversee a diverse range of civil engineering infrastructure projects, municipal initiatives, and renewable energy studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster client relationships and drive business development.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
  • Lead project development and execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Manage complex civil engineering designs effectively.
  • Oversee various renewable energy projects, including solar and wind initiatives.
  • Act as a technical design authority, supervising and guiding junior staff in project execution.
  • Plan and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Supervise engineers, technologists, and designers.
Qualifications

Skills and Credentials
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
  • Proven experience with both public and private sector projects.
  • Expertise in design functions, including site planning, drainage, grading, and municipal infrastructure.
  • Interest in renewable energy and green infrastructure projects across various sectors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
  • Experience in engineering design, construction oversight, contract management, and project leadership.
  • Ability to propose innovative client solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Recognized for maintaining long-term client relationships and proactive market leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure design.
