As Senior Digital Marketing Analyst at Undertone, you will lead performance analytics across in-store and online campaigns advising on campaign test and measurement set-up, in-flight campaign optimization analytics and compiling insights for future improvements from final results. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst role will also work with Undertone's measurement parties to ensure campaigns will be measurable and that the measurement tags are properly set-up. Externally, this role will work directly with clients, where needed, to drive campaign success and ultimately outstanding performance for our clients. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Client Strategy, Client Success, & Data Science) to evolve internal processes designed to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee all campaign-related analytical efforts to ensure the performance of client KPIs and campaign budget related to measured site visit/foot traffic and sales performance.
  • Work with internal teams to create test and measurement designs for each campaign that will provide desired insights to report KPI performance and test results to inform future campaign design.
  • Manage relationships and processes with current campaign measurement partners ensuring accurate measurement execution efficiently.
  • Coordinate accurate set up and tracking of campaign test and measurement design with measurement partners ensuring post campaign analysis success.
  • Analyze performance to extract insights from internal and external reporting, enhancing decision-making and optimization efforts for future campaigns.
  • Proactively identify optimization recommendations based on data-driven insights to establish best practices to drive site visit/foot traffic and sales.
  • Provide high-level oversight of internal platform use and make proactive recommendations on pacing and performance to drive campaign performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in campaign site visit/foot traffic and sales measurement across all business units.
  • Continuously assess and provide recommendations to our Product Team on our platform tech.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
  • Advanced spreadsheet, presentation and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated track record of attention to detail in campaign set-up and design resulting in improved campaign performance.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to align technical offerings with practical and creative solutions to solve problems.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business and client needs.
  • Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is sometimes yet to be paved.
  • Applied knowledge in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance fields of discipline.
