In this role, the Human Resources Department Coordinator will provide support for the Human Resources Department in the areas of compensation, benefits, employment, and training. They’ll also lead scheduling, organization, and record keeping for Human Resources function.

Some examples of those activities will include: * Receptionist duties for the Human Resources and Safety Services Departments * Support job posting process both internally and externally * Maintain HR activity calendar * Maintain insurance database and complete utility month-end reporting for life, AD&D, LTD, and other insurance plans * Maintain & record employee training * Maintain and update HR filing index
