The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations across multiple facilities. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, record management, compliance oversight, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and the enforcement of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Administration of employee benefits, compensation, and related HR initiatives.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, including payroll and timekeeping software.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Respectful and approachable demeanor, fostering positive workplace relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
