Key Responsibilities/ Duties: Learning and Development: Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning plans. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engaging training programs and materials. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Track training participation and effectiveness to measure ROI. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. HR Project Management: Manage HR-related projects with external customers, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers. Onboarding and New Hire Orientation: Assist in enhancing and implementing a robust onboarding program to ensure a positive new hire experience. Conduct new hire orientations, providing information about company culture, policies, and procedures. Track new hire progress and provide ongoing support. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other HR initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Provide excellent customer service to employees and external customers. Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development, project management, and onboarding. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working with external customers preferred. Physical Demands: Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
