Tosca is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team in Atlanta. The Financial Planning Analyst will focus on generating accurate and timely analytics for the business. These efforts will focus on the financial models necessary to support pricing, cost, inventory levels, capital expenditures, and budgeting decision-making.

Work Schedule Monday and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.

Job Responsibilities: Analyze costs and inventory levels to support pricing efforts for new customers. Enhance and streamline current financial reports and data sources. Prepare and present materials supporting periodic business reviews and quarterly meetings. Build and utilize existing analytics and support written justifications for capital acquisition cases across the entire Tosca business: commercial, operations, and logistics. Provide analysis and recommendations to senior management, including the CFO. Support management strategic thinking and decisions via industry/market research and economic thought. Partner with sales and operations to compile monthly forecasts. Challenge processes and strive for continuous improvements. Collaborate with the IT team to establish processes and automate systems for extracting and synthesizing business performance data from multiple software sources. Perform ad hoc analysis, as requested. Participate in and contribute to key initiatives, projects, and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of corporate analysis experience in a medium to large-scale business environment. Advanced MS Excel user Familiarity with P&L and standard financial statements. Sound judgment and decision-making ability. Demonstrated high integrity and ethical standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong desire to improve processes.
