Job Description

PROFILE:

Our work at Center for Wealth Preservation is critical to the financial well-being of individuals, families, businesses, and communities. We are driven to help people feel more secure and more prepared for their financial future.

We are seeking a highly organized Events Coordinator, who will be responsible for working with the agency management team in facilitating and improving upon the planning and execution of the firm's meetings and events. This position will report directly to the COO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates and produces all CWP firm events such as agency meetings, client appreciations, CWP Cares events, holiday parties, and more.
  • Coordinates all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
  • Prepare event materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Create, produce and distribute invitations for events.
  • Distribute pre-and-post-event communications to attendees.
  • Track RSVP's
  • Attend events and provide superior experience for attendees, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or similar role
  • Exceptional organization skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Ability to travel to in person events.
