Accounting Manager
Working with a growing company that is seeking an Accounting Manager. This is a hybrid role, and will report to both the Controller and CFO. Primary Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Skillfully manage the month-end close process in a collaborative manner.
- Innovate and refine accounting procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Exhibit your proficiency by crafting financial statements aligned with US GAAP standards.
- Cultivate and empower your accounting team to support their professional journey.
- Play a pivotal part in guiding audits through effective collaboration with external auditors.
- Take the lead in ongoing improvements across the accounting function to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide crucial assistance in budgeting and forecasting, contributing to our financial outlook.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key financial policies for organization-wide compliance.
For success in this Accounting Manager role, consider bringing:
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance as your base.
- Over 2 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience.
- Payroll Expertise for 1000+ Employee Company
- Proficiency in US GAAP, Excel, and a robust technical background to excel as you are promoted into Leadership positions
- A drive to improve processes and a readiness to embrace innovation.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional collaboration.
