Reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy, the Manager, Marketing (Corporate Partnerships Program) role will play an integral role in enhancing the brand of the ULI Corporate Partnerships program.

The Manager, Marketing (Corporate Partnerships Program) role will help lay the foundation for the effective promotion of the Corporate Partnerships Program and associated offerings through comprehensive digital marketing strategies, engaging marketing collateral, and more

The position involves creating compelling marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, collateral, and persuasive copy, to effectively communicate the unique advantages of partnering with ULI. Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Client Services Team, the Manager ensures a personalized approach, tailoring marketing materials and copy to align with the distinct goals of each partner and prospect. Additionally, in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, this role is integral in exploring innovative ways for existing Corporate Partners to integrate into the organization’s content and promotional calendars.

The Manager, Marketing (Corporate Partnerships Program) role is instrumental in establishing a robust foundation for promoting the Corporate Partnerships Program, contributing to the program's visibility, and attracting valuable partnerships through strategic and impactful marketing initiatives.

The position is full-time, exempt, and is ideally located in Washington, D.C on a hybrid schedule. We will also consider remote applications.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: In collaboration the Integrated Marketing team, create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the ULI Corporate the ULI Corporate Partnerships Program, including various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and events. Collaborate effectively with the Integrated Marketing team, serving as a liaison between design and marketing functions. Track and manage ongoing design projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely deliverables, and alignment with marketing strategies. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for partners to integrate into content, adding value to their partnership. Work towards creating mutually beneficial scenarios that enhance the partner's visibility and contribute to the success of the Partnerships Program. Develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, collateral, and engaging copy, to effectively showcase the advantages of partnering with ULI. Develop and refine storytelling techniques that resonate with target audiences, align with organizational values, and elevate the overall impact of the ULI Corporate Partnerships Program. Develop visually appealing materials, collateral, and sales kits for Urban Land Magazine advertising, highlighting unique advantages of our platforms. Update website content to reflect the latest features and benefits of our advertising campaigns. In collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, lead external marketing initiatives focused on showcasing and promoting UrbanLand Magazine’s advertising opportunities. Collaborate with the Editorial and Advertising teams to create visually compelling house advertisements for Urban Land Magazine. Collaborate internally to strategize and craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate mission priorities, enhancing the marketability of our offerings. Assist Business Development in creating pitch materials, templates, and resources such as PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal for new business outreach, collaborating across teams to gather relevant program updates, assets and appropriate brand messaging. Identify opportunities for in-kind partnerships with other industry associations and organizations. Maintain and edit as necessary the marketing materials for both the Client Services and Business Development teams. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for partners to integrate into content, adding value to their partnership. Work towards creating mutually beneficial scenarios that enhance the partner's visibility and contribute to the success of the Partnerships Program. Become well versed and keep updated on the organization's goals, work, and activities, and become adept at communicating program and organizational goals. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing design, consistently incorporating innovative and cutting-edge elements into design projects.Collaborate with other ULI teams globally, including Client Services, Business Development, Integrated Marketing, Centers & Initiatives, and other content teams. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

Three to five years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional association or similar non-profit. Proficient in design platforms, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media management, copywriting, and internal narrative development. Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials using graphic design tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Works well in team environment and independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Collaborative and fun Well organized and an effective problem solver, with the ability to interact with others with grace and ease under pressure. Must provide writing sample.

The salary range for this position has been set at $75,700 to $80,350 annually. Actual salary will vary based on factors including experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one component of ULI’s total compensation package for employees which includes a full and competitive benefits package.
