Overview
THIS IS A PROPOSED POSITION
GBSI is seeking a Program Analyst to provide Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) support to our government customer. In this fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, the ideal candidate will provide direct support to the Transportation Security Administration's (TSAs) Multimodal and Public Area Capabilities (MPAC) Division and will be responsible for performing a wide range of programmatic duties. This job requires the highest level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must possess exceptional written and analytical skills with strong attention to detail, as well as possessing excellent customer service and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Supports team efforts to achieve specific project goals within the given constraints of scope, time, and budget by supporting, coordinating, and/or facilitating planning, executing, tracking and completing the project activities through all stages of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing;
  • Provides administrative and technical expertise and assistance on projects and/or ad hoc taskers based on mandated requirements team performance goals;
  • Facilitates, supports, and/or attends strategic engagements between the C-UAS team and other stakeholders across TSA, the government, and private industry;
  • Supports with the development and tracking of bailments and other agreements with Public Area Security & Infrastructure Protection Branch (PASIP) partners, stakeholders, and suppliers;
  • Conducts and monitors PASIP needs assessments, including development of user-stakeholder personas and journey maps of different user groups.Coordinates communications with C-UAS testbeds stakeholders and suppliers;
  • Supports with the development of strategic communications such as briefings, memos, or reports in response to stakeholder inquiries;
  • Facilitates the completion of taskers and strategic meetings;
  • Monitors and responds to inquiries at TSA-CUAS inbox;
  • Travels to C-UAS testbeds as needed;
  • Uploads C-UAS documentation and materials to TSA Multimodal & Public Area Capabilities (MPAC) iShare page;
  • Coordinates, schedules, facilitates, and documents meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, or other relevant field is required;
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience is required;
  • DoD-issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required at start;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) is required;
  • Must have the ability to periodically travel in support of events.
