Commercial Regional Sales Manager

The Commercial Regional Sales Manager is an outside sales position responsible for prospecting and building new account relationships with commercial accounts in the property mitigation and restoration industry. This role involves working with commercial prospects and clients to implement agreements, expand market share, and collaborate with offices on local/regional commercial opportunities. The key responsibilities include:
Building and securing new commercial accounts through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations
Expanding market share within existing accounts
Training and motivating network offices to support Business Development initiatives
Negotiating and completing MSAs and FSAs with commercial partners
Developing and delivering sales presentations professionally and effectively
Meeting sales quotas and revenue goals
Managing business relationships and commercial opportunities in assigned areas
Facilitating service opportunities with the Business Development team
Understanding and promoting Paul Davis Restoration services and products
Assisting in marketing initiatives and collaborating with the SVP of Business Development
Analyzing and recommending programs for mutual benefit
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have:
Sales experience with negotiation and marketing skills
Knowledge of the insurance industry/claims
Industry trade certifications
High level of initiative, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make decisions, drive initiatives, and lead effectively
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Sage Intacct
Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to influence without authority
Valid driver's license
Ability to follow Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
Required Education and Experience:
College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of sales experience
Restoration, insurance, or commercial/facility sales experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling
Visual abilities and ability to lift up to 20lbs
Ability to operate a company vehicle
Work Environment:
The employee will work in a corporate office environment, primarily using email, video conferencing, and telephone for communication. Minimal supervision is required for productivity.
Travel:
Up to 50% travel may be required for vendor sites, business visits, team meetings, and trainings.
