Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Placement: Source, interview, and onboard candidates for temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent placement positions. Ensure that all open positions at AlohaHP are staffed with qualified candidates. Candidate Engagement: Utilize job boards, iSolved, Indeed, and other platforms to identify potential candidates. Foster relationships with past and present candidates and leverage referrals from current employees. Collaborate with the AlohaHP HandUp program to engage with workforce development non-profits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Roster Maintenance: Maintain a roster of at least 30 temporary workers in the field overall to ensure a minimum of 320 full-time temp workers in the field each day, accounting for attrition.
