A highly reputable local company is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing background checks, providing recruitment administration support, and maintaining accurate records. This is a temporary position that does have the potential to turn into a permanent position. If you have a passion for HR and administrative work, apply today.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $24 an hour Responsibilities
  • Review, monitor, and clear background checks in accordance with Company policy and legal requirements.
  • Provide recruitment administration support: schedule interviews, arrange and communicate candidate travel, post positions to job sites, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
  • Communicate extensively with managers, candidates, new hires, and other department contacts.
  • Prepare offer letters, candidate documents, and interview materials.
  • Update and maintain accurate system records.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of HR and/or administrative work experience.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to learn new applications and recruiting tools.
