AlohaHP is Hawaii's leading staffing agency specializing in hospitality food service, entry-level administration, and light industrial placements. Our mission is to pair exceptional individuals with exceptional companies, embodying the spirit of Aloha in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Placement:
  • Source, interview, and onboard candidates for temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent placement positions.
  • Ensure that all open positions at AlohaHP are staffed with qualified candidates.
2. Candidate Engagement:
  • Utilize job boards, iSolved, Indeed, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Foster relationships with past and present candidates and leverage referrals from current employees.
  • Collaborate with the AlohaHP HandUp program to engage with workforce development non-profits.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Roster Maintenance: Maintain a roster of at least 30 temporary workers in the field overall to ensure a minimum of 320 full-time temp workers in the field each day, accounting for attrition.
  • Placement Goals: Achieve a goal of placing a minimum of three (3) new candidates per month permanently with a company client.
  • Time Management: Practice excellent time management by arriving ahead of work time call, managing working hours wisely, and continually seeking ways to enhance productivity and support the recruitment process.
  • Living AlohaHP's 10 Golden Rules of Aloha: Embody and live by AlohaHP's values, including leading with a servant's heart, exuding kindness, working with integrity, and holding oneself accountable.
