Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting Strategy Development: Identify and develop effective recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, incorporating various recruitment sources and approaches.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Director - Field Recruiting, Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Managers, and Operations Manager to develop strategies, attend branch meetings, and present ideas for expanding hiring efforts.
  • Recruiting Toolbox and Resources: Work with Director - Field Recruiting and other Regional Recruiters to develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Recruiting Toolbox' of ideas, resources, and best practices.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in creating a standardized policy and procedure for the recruiting process to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • Applicant Tracking System Support: Provide training and assistance to branch staff on managing applicant tracking within the automated system.
  • Recruiting Analysis and Reporting: Administer recruiting measures, analyze data, and provide recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets.
  • Branch Hiring Support: Assist with in-branch hiring activities, including holding hiring events, and supporting the interviewing and hiring process during peak times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Experience: Proven experience in turning goals into action, creating and executing strategies, and interacting successfully in unfamiliar environments.
  • Skills: Goal-oriented, energetic, driven personality, ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple assignments, and manage deadlines.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a good comfort level integrating multiple applications to streamline operations.
  • Travel: Ability to travel periodically, with some overnight travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Three to five years of related experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
