The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire Executive Recruiting Process, from the initial strategy discussions to the successful placement of candidates.
This role also involves acting as a consultant and mentor to business leaders across the organization regarding effective hiring strategies.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with Humana leadership is essential, as is serving as a brand ambassador for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR team members and key stakeholders to align candidate sourcing with specific role requirements.
• Identify and source candidates for select roles through various digital platforms, sourcing channels, and outreach efforts.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation on all candidates and search tools within the applicant tracking system.• Engage in Talent Acquisition initiatives and manage special projects as needed.• Cultivate relationships with third-party search firms for executive engagement.• Provide a high-touch, differentiated experience for candidates.• Skillfully manage sensitive and confidential candidate searches.• Utilize diverse sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.• Ensure that recruitment efforts are conducted with a focus on diversity and inclusion.• Coordinate with the Executive Onboarding team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience.• At least 5 years of executive recruiting experience, either in-house or with a retained search firm.• Proven experience in managing the search process with retained firms.• Experience in negotiating and executing contracts with procurement for retained firms.• Familiarity with executive search protocols for VP, SVP, C-Suite, and confidential roles.• Strong work ethic, initiative, and proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively.• Ability to manage multiple high-level executive searches simultaneously with successful outcomes.• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leaders.• Capacity to manage recruiting engagements against shifting deadlines and priorities.• Experience in corporate recruiting or retained firm environments.• Demonstrated ability to source and nurture candidate pipelines for both active and passive candidates.• Strong consultation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.• Thought leadership and the ability to leverage market trends to enhance the recruiting process.• In-depth understanding of executive compensation terms and the ability to negotiate compensation variables in a publicly traded organization.• Attention to detail and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in recruitment within the health solutions or insurance sectors.• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and coaching practices.
Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure effective performance for Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates, a self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria: a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; a wired cable or DSL connection is preferred.
Associates working from Home in specific states will receive a bi-weekly payment for internet expenses.
Humana will provide necessary telephone equipment to meet business requirements.
Work should be conducted from a dedicated space free from interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Social Security Task:

Compensation:
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
