We’re excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals Duties and Responsibilities Provide billable patient care in addition to management responsibilities. Ensure State, Federal & Medicare Policies and Procedures and Patient Care Rehabilitation Standards are met in assigned facilities. Support the facility’s culture & operations with training/marketing efforts to help the company meet customer satisfaction, census & financial objectives. Responsible for the review & analysis of productivity of rehabilitation staff with assurance of attainment of minimum productivity expectations. Serve as a clinical resource and conduct routine Medicare/Rehabilitation compliance audits. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in Delaware. Must have current and up to date CPR certification.
