Primary Function The Loan Servicing Specialist I is responsible for handling incoming correspondence as well as completing some system maintenance through tasks. Principal Duties: Run Payoffs Working department tasks Payoffs Verification of Mortgage Processing Return Mail Processing Privacy Notices Processing Verification of Mortgage Meet department standards for both productivity and accuracy Performs related duties as assigned by management. *These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely.
