Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner.
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management.
- Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
- Maintain & update customer records based on interactions.
- Process invoice payments
- Provide information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers.
- Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position.
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Service Titan is a plus
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
