Job Description

Domino's Franchise is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to our high standards.
  • Operate store technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Assist with store operations, including cleaning and maintaining the store environment.
  • Maintain food and team member safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate store technology.
  • Ability to assist store operations.
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain food and team member safety.

Work Conditions:

  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
  • In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
  • Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
  • Fumes from food odors.
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust.
  • Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing for most tasks.
  • Walking for short distances for short durations.
  • Sitting for paperwork and deliveries.
  • Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying pizza sauce and trays of pizza dough.
  • Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
  • Climbing stairs and ladders to clean and perform maintenance.
  • Stooping and bending to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Crouching and squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Reaching up, down, and forward to perform tasks.
  • Hand tasks including shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, and grasping cans and pizza boxes.
