Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients while also supporting our online course development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, both over email and over the phone.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
  • Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
Requirements
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers, software applications, and online tools.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
