Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our dispatch operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing and times.

This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation, working with a fantastic team to provide safe, on-time, and consistent service to our customers. If you have strong organizational and communication skills, a strong working knowledge of computers, and prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee dispatch functions for multiple business units and vehicle types
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers
  • Work with drivers to confirm routing and times
  • Process changes/updates to trips
  • Comply with Federal and State DOT requirements
  • Organize paperwork and filing
  • Utilize dispatch systems for operational purposes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs
  • Prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role preferred
