ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures
Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
Ability to develop key relationships with regional and divisional level decision makers with national builders
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping builders up to date on current contracts/rebates
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Self-driven, motivated to win and capable of selling premium products on value vs. pricing
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for clients and direct manager within the organization
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Required skills and qualifications
Travel 50%
Preferred location of residence Western US
Ability to negotiate pricing with builders in multiple markets
Project management skills
Cross sell multiple product lines, Stone and Roofing
Analytical, financial and data driven
Office suite proficient
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
Professional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The base pay range for this position is
$ 87,000 to $123,000.
This range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience and skillset. Westlake is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, sign on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package (also to include a full range of medical and other benefits).
