Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager is accountable for establishing and nurturing collaborative business partnerships with designated Trade/Custom Builder accounts. This role focuses on driving additional sales and enhancing the customer's investment in Andersen through strategic business initiatives. Emphasis is placed on maximizing customer lifetime value and fostering a strong commitment to Andersen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans aimed at fostering profitable growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective execution and support of customer-driven opportunities.
  • Articulate pathways for business enhancement uniquely supported by Andersen's offerings, linking insights to our distinctive market strengths.
  • Devise tailored strategies for engaging key stakeholders on specific transactions.
  • Participate in joint selling initiatives with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven ability to cultivate robust business relationships with trade customers and channel partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and a foundation in fact-based planning.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and adhering to sales methodologies.
  • Capability to comprehend customer needs and market trends to align value propositions and develop mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Experience in presenting solutions to various levels of stakeholders using diverse communication methods.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team selling environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, with additional bonus opportunities available.
