Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Recruiting Coordinator will provide direct support to the national human resource and recruiting teams and drive excellent process efficiency and customer service to internal and external recruiting customers.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Manage on-boarding experience for new hires including background checks, new hire paperwork, and overall HRIS and recruitment system management
  • Responsible for recommending, setting up and maintaining sourcing resources including internet job boards, direct mail campaigns, job fairs, community outreach, databases, social networking and referrals
  • Work with recruitment team and hiring managers on pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters
  • Provide overall administrative support to national recruitment teams including schedule maintenance, travel for applicants, and expense tracking
  • Accountability for requisition and position maintenance within the Lawson and Taleo systems, as well as creating and maintaining specialized reports and metrics tracking for national recruitment team
  • Provide back-up recruiting support for applicant interviewing, documentation and written presentation of available candidates, and building candidate pipelines around specific skill sets
Qualifications:

Education/Expereince Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in a recruitment, human resource administrator, and/or human resources coordinator role
