JOB OVERVIEW

The Entry Level Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates for diverse projects while providing support to the Vice Presidents in their various initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be energetic, have a keen sense of urgency, and demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying qualified candidates for job opportunities
  • Managing candidate data entry, updates, tracking, and database maintenance
  • Generating recruiting and hiring reports through data collection, analysis, and trend summarization
  • Preparing various reports, documents, and presentations
  • Advertising job openings on multiple job boards, associations, and professional networking platforms
  • Conducting reference and background verifications
  • Coordinating activities across various social media channels
  • Engaging directly with candidates and clients as required, based on the level of involvement with searches
  • Handling project work that necessitates proactive thinking, multitasking, and prioritization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is advantageous
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • Proficient multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Familiarity with various professional networking platforms is preferred

COMPENSATION

  • $20-$25/hr based on experience
