As the CIO, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategies, systems, and processes. : Leads and executes the technology strategy, enterprise data and overall technology operations of the bank. Provide leadership, direction, coordination, and control over the Bank's technology programs, budget, services, and resources necessary to support the mission and operations of the Bank (and applicable policies, directives, and regulations). Leads the development of the IT strategic plan and roadmap, while ensuring integration with the enterprise’s strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategies. Oversees the data and technological architecture across the overall enterprise. Responsible for the operating model for information and technology to foster business-oriented and digital-ready culture, mindsets, and practices. Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems, infrastructure, and applications. Ensures the security, availability, and reliability of the bank's technology platforms. Implements and maintain robust controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate technology-related risks. Responsible for overall people management strategy for IT and IS teams, including development, motivation and retention of staff. Continually assesses the team to ensure a pipeline of future technical/business leaders. Serves as a technology expert and advisor to the bank's Executive team and Board of Directors, presenting technology strategies, initiatives, and performance updates to the Board and Board Committees. Promotes and oversees strategic relationships between internal IT, IS and firm’s external entities, including regulators, vendors and partner organizations. Establish solid partnerships with Bank line of business leads, including BaaS / Fintech channel, to inform build vs buy decision making. Provide bank technology subject matter expertise in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of technology systems and operations. Consults with the leadership team to prioritize IT and IS initiatives including coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology systems across the organization. Job Related Qualifications – Education and Prior Experience

: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in technology related field required. Master’s degree in business administration or other post graduate certification is preferred. Prior Experience:

15+ years of leadership of diverse technology teams and/or one or more technology departments. Extensive team leadership experience including routine interaction and presentation with executive level stakeholders. Technology experience with proven direction and delivery of a strong strategic and business vision. Strong project management, data analytics and budgeting experience. Experience working in a regulated organization. Competencies
